Shipping & Returns Policy


We offer worldwide shipping from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, where we process and ship orders within 2-3 working days.

Customers will be sent a tracking number when their order has been fulfilled, and are responsible for tracking the item in transit until delivery. Lifestyle in Chic is not responsible for missing/stolen packages if the carrier has provided delivery confirmation to the customer’s shipping address entered at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, we can provide instructions on how to file a claim with the carrier.

We charge a flat-shipping-rate of:

  • £10 to ship within the U.K.
  • £20 to ship to the rest of the world (excluding the U.K.)

When checking out, please make sure that the shipping address is the correct one. We are only able to ship to the address listed.

For international clients, please be aware that we will not cover any import duties or taxes. Items are shipped with the full declared value.


Currently we do not accept returns or exchanges, all items are final sale. Please keep this in mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing lifestyleinchic@gmail.com

Please also be aware that a majority of items listed with us are previously owned. Unless described as ‘brand new’, items may not be pristine and majority have been worn. Please review photos carefully prior to purchasing. If a flaw is shown in a photo but not written in the description (or vice versa), this is not considered misrepresentation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you’d like more in depth videos and pictures of items.

All items are guaranteed authentic, but if an item is found inauthentic we will accept returns for special circumstances. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic, please email us immediately at lifestyleinchic@gmail.com so we can properly assess and rectify the situation accordingly. We must be alerted of any issues within 5 days of the tracking indicating delivery.

In the event of a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the item must be returned to us in the same condition it arrived. You are responsible for items lost during the returns process, and in the event of loss of the item you will not be issued a refund. You should consider using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns. Shipping fees are not refundable, so if you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
